The mission of the Brook Iroquois Washington Public Library is to serve and enrich our community by promoting reading, providing information access, and encouraging literacy and learning.
To meet the needs of the community we provide high quality materials and programs to educate and entertain our patrons. We strive to administer and preserve an organized collection of books, resources and new programs to educate and enrich their personal lives.
Library staff stays informed regarding the latest and most effective sources of professional development and services to incorporate into the library whenever it is practical and efficient.
The Brook Library provides a large selection of books, technology, DVDs, programs, audio books, databases, videos and eBooks.
how can i get a library card?
IN PERSON: Complete a brief registration card if you are over 18 years of age and provide a picture ID or Driver's License. Verification of your mailing address is required. If your address is not Brook, Iroquois or Washington Township, we will need to check with your home library to verify that your card is in good standing with them.
A parent of legal guardian must sign registration cards for children under 18 years of age.

Wireless Printing Available Now!
We are introducing Princh, our new cloud-based printing solution. Princh allows our patrons to print using their own mobile devices or laptops, as well as the library’s PCs.
To print from your Android or IOS device just download the free Princh app from your digital store.
The printing prices remain the same, but the payment methods have been diversified. You can now pay using your credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or MobilePay, so you no longer have to search for coins in your pockets!
